Transparent and Hassle-Free Booking Policies
Reservation Policy:
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be completed at the time of check-in.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Bank transaction charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
